Welcome to another episode of Terri Messenger’s Genius Zone, the space where we delve into the transformative power of the mind and body. I’m Terri Messenger, and today, we’re uncovering the secrets behind achieving true sobriety, peace, and wellness.
Join me as we explore the amalgamation of science, ancient philosophies, and cutting-edge therapies that constitute the Leading Sobriety Therapist program.
Introducing, Kim Raysmith.
Kim is a This Naked Mind Certified Alcohol Addiction Coach, NLP Practitioner, yoga, breath and meditation teacher and retreat provider. Kim specialises in therapy for alcohol, anxiety and stress related problems for both women and men.
Kim is a mother of 2 young boys and has worked in the corporate world of construction as a senior project manager for close to 20 years. She found her social drinking and sugar habit turned into a coping mechanism and then addiction, to help her get through the stress of work and life.
It finally took its toll, having an incident with one of her infant children, she made the unwavering decision to stop drinking and go on a journey of self-discovery and realisation.
Within the core of this groundbreaking program lies a fusion of the social and the naked mind methodology, drawing upon the understanding that true healing begins with a profound shift in our social interactions and the raw, unfiltered exploration of our minds.
By embracing vulnerability and authenticity, we unravel the deeply rooted beliefs and thought patterns that often contribute to addiction, paving the way for sustainable recovery and growth.
Building upon this foundation, the program integrates the wisdom of Yogi philosophy, emphasizing the power of breathwork and sound healing. Through intentional breathing techniques and the harmonizing influence of resonant frequencies, participants discover a profound connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This journey of self-discovery facilitates emotional release, inner balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Incorporating practices such as Yoga and sound healing, the program fosters a holistic approach to well-being. Participants learn to synchronize movement with breath, fostering mindfulness, and cultivating a deeper understanding of their physical and emotional capacities. The immersive power of sound therapy complements this process, guiding individuals towards a state of profound relaxation and inner harmony.
Furthermore, the integration of ice immersion and nervous system regulation serves as a catalyst for profound transformation. By exposing the body to controlled cold exposure, participants stimulate their nervous systems, triggering a cascade of physiological responses that enhance resilience, boost mood, and fortify the mind-body connection.
This powerful technique serves as a bridge between the physical and emotional realms, enabling individuals to explore the depths of their inner resilience and strength.
As we conclude our exploration, it becomes evident that the Leading Sobriety Therapist program offers a multifaceted approach to healing, transcending conventional methodologies.
By harnessing the interplay of ancient wisdom, modern science, and innovative therapies, individuals embark on a transformative journey towards sustainable sobriety, profound self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
